On behalf of our Capital Markets client, Procom is searching for a Business Data Analyst, Capital Markets – Treasury Resolution Planning for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s New York office.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support Treasury-led Resolution Planning initiatives, focusing on building out capabilities, data analytics, and execution readiness. This role involves translating resolution strategy into actionable analytics, data frameworks, and governance processes to support the firm’s ability to execute a credible and orderly resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain resolution liquidity capabilities, including stress projections and funding strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and alignment across resolution deliverables.
• Support resolution plan submissions with clear, well-documented, and regulator-ready outputs.
• Enhance governance frameworks, escalation triggers, and execution playbooks.
• Define and document resolution liquidity stress assumptions and support analysis of liquidity adequacy.
• Translate resolution strategy into implementable analytical logic and support development of resolution playbooks.
• Define treasury governance frameworks and implement key risk indicators and escalation triggers.
• Support preparation of resolution plan submissions and produce regulator-ready documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in resolution planning, liquidity/treasury analytics, finance transformation, data modelling, or data governance.
• Strong understanding of Resolution Planning (RRP) frameworks and deliverables and liquidity stress concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured data models and testable business rules.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
• 5+ years of experience working across business and technology teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to present complex logic clearly to senior management, regulators, and audit teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Banking/Capital Markets experience.
• Coding experience.
Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
