Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead:
Procom is searching for a Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead for a 4–6 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office. 

Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support a growing portfolio. This role focuses on enhancing project management processes and aligning them with Procore technology in preparation for a reimplementation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in processes. 

Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead - Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders to document current project management processes
• Identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies in current practices
• Develop consistent and scalable project delivery processes
• Define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across project lifecycles
• Work with system stakeholders to align business requirements with Procore capabilities
• Lead workshops and sessions to drive clarity and alignment
• Support user acceptance activities and contribute to training materials

Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong experience in process mapping and improvement
• Proven experience in system implementations or reimplementations
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Problem-solving abilities

Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with project management tools such as Procore
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Experience in driving process consistency across teams
• Familiarity with creating training materials
• Accessible and teamwork-oriented approach

Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for 4–6 months, with potential for extension.

Business Engagement & Process Enablement Lead - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office.
