**Business Management Specialist:**
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Business Management Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.

**Business Management Specialist - Job Description:**
The Business Management Specialist will support the Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business with client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment, decisioning exception requests, and conducting client-level research on complex financial products. The role aims to enhance client acquisition, activation, and relationship deepening journeys.

**Business Management Specialist - Responsibilities:**
• Support client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment
• Process and review multiple offer fulfillment inquiries
• Conduct client-level research on complex financial products and offer qualifiers
• Work independently to make equitable decisions
• Apply best practices to protect the company's reputational risk

**Business Management Specialist - Mandatory Skills:**
• Proficiency in Excel
• Independent research capabilities
• Banking experience
• Strong communication skills

**Business Management Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:**
• Someone who takes initiative
• Problem-solving skills

**Business Management Specialist – Assignment Length:**
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion.
