Business Process Re-engineering Analyst
Location: National Capital Region (Hybrid/On-Site as Required)
Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Required
Contract Duration: 5 Years + 5-Year Option Period (Up to 10 Years Total)

Must document current and future state business processes in support of major projects. The focus will be on defining current state process, identifying potential processes for streamlining, and providing a future state streamlined process. Alongside the project authorities, the resource will identify and outline processes, provide advice on business requirements and implementation plans. Must provide overall advice on all business process re-engineering matters associated with the specified projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review existing business processes and identify potential processes for streamlining;
• Provide recommendations on to be processes based on analysis of current processes and business needs;
• Work with the project team, business leads, and IT leads to identify opportunities for streamlining;
• Provide expert advice on business requirements, data flows, process design, and efficiencies to be gained through various process and workflow scenarios;
• Transfer functional and technical knowledge to the project team and client staff through individual and group training, demonstrations, written instructions and documents on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the project; and
• Maintain all project artifacts as per established document management requirements for the department and TB policy.
• (Development of process improvement metrics used for benefits management realization plans.

DELIVERABLES
• Document outlining work plan based on initial analysis;
• Document current business processes and work flows using PSC tools and systems;
• Document outlining to be processes and work flows using PSC tools and systems;
• Document implementation plan based on analysis;
• Document associated risks and mitigation strategies for proposed implementation plan; and
• Store all documentation in the project information repository in accordance with PSC information management standards and policies.

Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Analyst
• University undergraduate degree or diploma or Ten (10) years of progressive experience in IT.
• BPM Certification or certification designation through an internationally recognized business analysis leader (CBAP, PMI – PBA or CCBA)
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in as a Business Process Re-engineering Analyst or equivalent role providing expert advice to senior management teams, preparing reports on business processes; outlining recommendations on processes for streamlining to gain efficiencies or increase
client satisfaction; recommendation on re-engineered processes including data flows, and business requirements.
• Must have experience using iGraphx, Microsoft Visio or other software for the purposes of process mapping.

This posting is for a public sector assignment. Compensation will be determined through the competitive bidding process and will be within the approved rate structure for this assignment.
