On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Project Manager - Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Project Manager - Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing - Job Description:
This role involves managing projects within the Auto-Finance, Credit, and Financing sectors, focusing on cross-border requirements and stakeholder management. The project includes collaboration across Commercial Banking and functional partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Business Project Manager - Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing - Responsibilities:
• Planning and Scheduling
• Communicate project updates, priorities, and expectations to stakeholders and team members
• Risk and Issue Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions
• Ensure all project artifacts are stored in a centralized location
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Business Project Manager - Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with Major Banks or Financial Institutions (More Business PM than IT PM)
• Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing Experience
• Stakeholder Management (Finance, Technology)
• Third Party Supply Management Experience
• Experience with Cross-Border (US & Canada) business requirements
• Experience with Capital Markets and Commercial Banking
• Working with Functional Partners (Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance)

Business Project Manager - Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP Designation desired

Business Project Manager - Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
