Business/System Analyst - Intermediate:
Procom is searching for a Business/System Analyst - Intermediate for a contingent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office. 

Business/System Analyst - Intermediate - Job Description:
Looking to engage an Intermediate Business Analyst within the Information Technology, Emerging Technologies team. The team operates at the Wave Technology Centre, focusing on exploring and evaluating new and emerging technologies in a practical and responsible manner to modernize and improve services. 

Business/System Analyst - Intermediate - Responsibilities:
• Ensure the Wave Technology Centre’s experiences run smoothly by coordinating events, facilities, equipment, onboarding, vendors, and administrative services.
• Develop event plans, manage equipment-booking and loan records, and create user-orientation materials.
• Maintain current technology inventories and coordinate software installations.
• Resolve vendor tickets and provide timely shared-mailbox support.

Business/System Analyst - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
• Three (3) years recent experience working as a Business/System Analyst.
• Three (3) years experience in data analysis.
• Experience in Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience in software package application implementations and/or system development projects.
• Experience in business impact, risk, and value analysis.

Business/System Analyst - Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in UI/UX design discipline.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Prior experience in project management planning, reporting, and estimating.

Business/System Analyst - Intermediate – Assignment Length:
This is a contingent position for approx 6 months

Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
