Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst - Job Description:
The role involves supporting both business-as-usual operations and project initiatives within Capital Markets. Responsibilities include working on data extraction, reporting, dashboard development, and process automation to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven solutions.

Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Execute data management and analysis activities in support of Client Data Strategy and Regulatory initiatives
• Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools like Power BI
• Manage client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for downstream reporting
• Support process automation and transformation initiatives
• Test database and API connections
• Collaborate with internal business partners and data stakeholders

Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data extraction and workflow development
• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a business-facing environment

Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Power Automate
• Python scripting experience
• Experience with data integration and API connections
• Capital Markets or Financial Services industry experience
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting or trade data environments

Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to FTE.

ASAP.

Business Systems Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office.
