Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Procom is searching for a Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a 1 month contract with high chance of extension. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office. 

Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
Joining the Disaster Recovery Program, focusing on the DR Gaps Remediation & Enhancement Program. This role involves developing new Disaster Recovery Plans and participating in DR Tests preparation. 

Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and SMEs for application reviews
• Develop Disaster Recovery Plans and Technical Recovery Guides
• Participate in DR Tests preparation and facilitate tests as required
• Develop detailed Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
• Lead efforts to develop a DR Test Strategy and map business processes
• Develop sustainment and transition to operation artifacts
• Align with Project Leadership to achieve key milestones

Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 7-10 years BA/BSA experience
• Experience with IT Infrastructure, applications, systems, and platforms
• Strong facilitation and requirements lifecycle management
• Process development and technical writing skills
• Team-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience with business process mapping

Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ERP Systems like Oracle, SAP, Maximo, JDE
• Knowledge of Enterprise Billing Systems
• Familiarity with Operations & Engineering Systems
• Business Continuity experience
• Experience in Disaster Recovery

This position until December 2026, with a very strong chance of extension.

Calgary or Edmonton Alberta, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in the office.
