Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets Treasury- FR2052a Production
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets Treasury- FR2052a Production for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s New York office.

Job Description:
The project involves providing hands-on execution support for the FR2052a production process, ensuring data used for regulatory reporting is controlled, traceable, and well-documented. The role focuses on adhering to governance models and documenting controls across various teams and report owners.

Responsibilities:
• Run the FR 2052a production process, including source-to-report mappings and key calculations
• Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for technology teams
• Ensure version control and maintain audit-ready evidence
• Partner with data owners, SMEs, and technology teams for accurate reporting
• Map processes to governance and controls, including issue management
• Collaborate with Technology, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Data Management teams to resolve data issues

Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Finance within banking
• Direct hands-on experience with FR2052a report production
• Experience in data validation, reconciliations, and regulatory submission support
• Ability to document business requirements and process improvements
• Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with other regulatory liquidity reports
• Ability to analyze new products and business initiatives for reporting treatment
• Strong knowledge of banking products and balance sheet activities
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, and reporting automation
• Experience with regulatory examinations and audits

Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
