Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation - Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst will support both business-as-usual operations and project initiatives within Capital Markets. The role involves data extraction, reporting, dashboard development, client data management, and process automation to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven solutions.

Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation - Responsibilities:
• Perform data extraction, reporting, and dashboard development
• Manage client data and support process automation initiatives
• Test database and API connections
• Support various data-related projects within Capital Markets
• Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders

Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks
• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders

Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Power Automate
• Python scripting experience
• Experience with data integration and API connections
• Capital Markets or Financial Services industry experience
• Knowledge of client data management and regulatory reporting

Business Systems Analyst - Client Data & Process Automation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.
