Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending) - Job Description:
This role involves business analysis activities on medium to large size projects, focusing on digital/mobile lending platforms. The Business Systems Analyst will execute all aspects of requirements delivery, including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending) - Responsibilities:
• Product Backlog Management: Identify, document, and refine user stories.
• Document test scenarios for user stories where necessary.
• Lead and facilitate collaborative refinement sessions with the squad.
• Understand current state from a business perspective.
• Assist Product Owner in decomposing Epics into User Stories.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation in Confluence.
• Assist Product Owner in managing risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior BAs and participate in the BA Chapters.
• Sprint admin: Digital maintenance of sprint activities and user stories in JIRA.

Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending) - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience as a BSA.
• 2+ years of experience on an Agile project.
• Experience in Online banking / Mobile banking.
• Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and system specifications.
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills.
• Experience working on large projects over $2 million.

Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous FI experience with lending products.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Proficiency in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience facilitating a large roomful of stakeholders.

Business Systems Analyst, Digital/Mobile (Lending) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
