On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Mobile – API Integrations for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Systems Analyst, Mobile – API Integrations - Job Description:
The project involves supporting the Mobile initiative within the Global Wealth Management Systems group, focusing on API integrations. The candidate will facilitate requirements analysis, stakeholder alignment, and dependency management to ensure timely delivery as integration approaches and technical dependencies are defined.

Business Systems Analyst, Mobile – API Integrations - Responsibilities:
• Analyze solution documentation and develop it into clear business and technical requirements.
• Ensure the integrity and traceability of requirements throughout the entire end-to-end customer journey.
• Drive joint application design solutioning sessions with architecture, development, and security teams.
• Facilitate collaborative requirements and design sessions with stakeholders, Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA.
• Create, refine, and maintain high-quality user stories, sequence diagrams, and supporting artifacts.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for mobile app capabilities, design patterns, platform behaviors, and end-to-end process flows.
• Refine and maintain product and release backlogs.

Business Systems Analyst, Mobile – API Integrations - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience in solution discovery, requirements analysis, and design workshops for mobile and digital initiatives.
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and analyzing API integrations and system interfaces.
• Strong understanding of mobile application delivery and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with backend services, APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations.

Business Systems Analyst, Mobile – API Integrations – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or digital banking.
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Experience delivering complex mobile and digital solutions from concept through implementation.
• Spanish proficiency.

Business Systems Analyst, Mobile – API Integrations – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.
