On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise - Job Description:
The Commercial Banking CRM Engineering team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to onboard a new business line (Small Business Upmarket) to a commercial Salesforce/nCino instance. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions for Scotiabank’s Commercial Customers and internal users, focusing on scalability, usability, and compliance.

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and support day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to risk culture, compliance standards, and operational controls.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and user stories.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Stay current with Salesforce & nCino technologies and apply relevant updates.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise - Mandatory Skills:
• Considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent.
• Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
• Platform configuration skills in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Business analysis and planning skills.

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with nCino Credit Origination.
• Salesforce Certifications.

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from ASAP to 10/31/2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

ASAP.

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform Expertise - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday).
