Business Systems Analyst
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
Join bank’s Financial Crimes Technology team to lead complex technology projects involving multiple back-end systems aligned to the enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support the end-to-end project implementation in technical design, integration, and deployment of Information Security application systems.

Business Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Gather complex technical/solution requirements and facilitate solution design discussions
• Prepare and validate solution design documents
• Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with application development, engineering, architecture, and other technical teams
• Lead discussions and build strong relationships with business and technology partners
• Provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals

Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in requirements elicitation in software development lifecycle
• Expertise in delivering technical/solution requirements
• Comfortable working with data and back-end systems
• Agile project delivery experience
• Ability to elicit requirements from documentation
• Strong business acumen
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Application Development, IT, or related field

Business Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Application knowledge in Exor and Archer
• Banking experience

• Adaptability

Business Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension and conversion to full-time employment.

Business Systems Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid work model with in-office requirements every Tuesday and once per month on the second Friday.
