Business Systems Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves managing updates to the Messaging Back Office (MBO) application with a focus on Azure migration. The role requires strong technical knowledge in Azure and Angular to support the migration efforts.

Business Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Provide support and produce detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders to manage business systems requirements
• Develop solutions by analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solution options
• Define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and specifications
• Support testing teams and contribute to agile ceremonies/activities
• Participate in quality management reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to determine solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices and processes/standards

Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• 5 years of delivery experience
• 5 years of Agile experience
• 5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
• 3 years of recent experience with API calls, Angular, Java, Azure

Business Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking experience
• Knowledge in Behavior Driven Design (BDD)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in relationship management
• Problem-solving skills

Business Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Business Systems Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in the office, which may increase to 4 days.
