On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst - Web Applications for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Systems Analyst - Web Applications - Job Description:
This role involves working on the Easy Apply application, a web-based platform, focusing on upgrades and enhancements. The project is aimed at improving the current application to better serve business needs and enhance user experience.

Business Systems Analyst - Web Applications - Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance web applications.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Document processes and create user manuals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Business Systems Analyst - Web Applications - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of web application experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Business Systems Analyst - Web Applications – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking or financial institution experience.
• Safe Agile experience.
• CoPilot experience.
• Agile certifications.

Business Systems Analyst - Web Applications – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

ASAP.
