On behalf of our Utilities client, Procom is searching for a Call Center Representative - Power & Customer Care Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Newmarket, Ontario office.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. The project involves providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries related to power and utility services. The role requires efficient call handling and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
