Job Description

On behalf of our Marketing client, Procom is searching for a Campaign Analyst for a year contract with possible extension/conversion to perm. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.

Campaign Analyst - Job Description:
The Campaign Analyst will support Data Driven Communications within Central Marketing, focusing on acquisition and client engagement strategies. The role involves leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver multi-touch, multi-channel communication journeys and enhancing client interactions through data-driven insights.

Campaign Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing campaign support and manage multiple projects
• Collaborate with marketing and business partners to identify opportunities for meaningful interactions
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for developing communication journeys
• Lead technical and non-technical partners in delivering scalable and reliable communications
• Develop landing pages and reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ensure alignment with strategic technology vision and compliance requirements

Campaign Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience
• 3+ years of HTML/CSS
• Instinctive attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills

Campaign Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• 3+ years of current or prior Schwab or financial services experience
• Working knowledge of Workfront
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code
• Experience with agile practices
• Knowledge of managing shared knowledge bases
