Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior for a 12 month contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical Salesforce Field Services integration project with Technology Services. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce Field Services to meet business requirements and providing architectural deliverables.

Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize Salesforce Field Services to meet business requirements
• Provide architectural deliverables and technical requirements
• Document processes, technical designs, and architectural artifacts
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Report progress on deliverables and proactively raise risks/issues with migrations
• Manage issues and User Stories in DevOps

Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience developing and delivering a solution using Salesforce Field Services
• Experience completing Architecture and Technical documentation
• OPS Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience delivering products in Agile/Scrum mode
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, lightning, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Able to quickly integrate new concepts and easily understand business needs
• Experience with building Salesforce Field Service solutions based on user stories and low-level designs
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Field Services
• Experience with deployment tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
• Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations

Salesforce-Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position, with the VOR Master Service Agreement expiring on April 5, 2027, and a six-month survival clause allowing for potential extension.
