GIS System Analyst
On behalf of our utility client, Procom is searching for a GIS System Analyst for a one-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

GIS System Analyst - Job Description:
Client is seeking a GIS Systems Analyst (Contractor) to be part of its GIS team, working on various IT assignments across Power, Water, and Drainage business units. The primary focus is on upgrading existing ArcGIS Enterprise implementations and installing new ones to support client's IT initiatives for 2026-2027. 

GIS System Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Upgrade existing ArcGIS Enterprise implementations
• Install new ArcGIS Enterprise implementations
• Diagnose application, code, or web server issues
• Provide positive customer service experiences

GIS System Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering/System Technology diploma
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience implementing and/or administering ArcGIS Enterprise
• Extensive experience with ESRI Utility Network and Esri Field Maps
• Proficient with SQL Server and SSMS
• Debug and troubleshoot Python/Powershell applications
• End-to-end troubleshooting (front end, API, database, infrastructure)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

GIS System Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with JAMS Job Scheduling solution

GIS System Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a one-year contract position.

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office per week.
