On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Consultant: IV (Lead) - for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position.

Change Management Consultant: IV (Lead) - - Job Description:
The Red Hat IT Planning, Insights & Execution organization is seeking an experienced Change Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives across ServiceNow platform optimization, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and Technical Operations. This role involves applying advanced change management methods to develop and execute strategies, plans, communications, and enablement that support successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Change Management Consultant: IV (Lead) - Responsibilities:
• Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps
• Apply a structured, enterprise-grade methodology to lead change management activities
• Perform change management and stakeholder impact assessments
• Proactively identify change risks, readiness gaps, and mitigation strategies
• Create and execute comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and deliverables
• Develop user enablement content for new processes, data standards, and system capabilities
• Track, monitor, and report change progress, issues, and organizational adoption levels
• Consult, advise, and coach project teams, stakeholders, and leaders
• Partner with Product Managers, Program Managers, and technical SMEs

Change Management Consultant: IV (Lead) - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience leading organizational change efforts
• Proficient in advanced change management methods, frameworks, and tools (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
• Experience with large-scale, complex transformations involving systems like ServiceNow
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent complex initiatives
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and enablement principles
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Change Management Consultant: IV (Lead) -  Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with project management approaches, including agile
• Excellent active listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Ability to drive clarity, alignment, and adoption across cross-functional teams

This is a 6-month contract position.
