On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Consultant - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Change Management Consultant - Senior - Job Description
The Change Management Consultant - Senior will work with the Health Services Cluster in Toronto to develop and implement communication plans and change management strategies. This role focuses on engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective change management.

Change Management Consultant - Senior - Responsibilities
• Develop communication plans and change management strategies
• Facilitate group meetings and presentations to diverse stakeholders
• Apply structured change management approaches and methodologies
• Define and measure success metrics related to change initiatives

Change Management Consultant - Senior - Mandatory Skills
• Experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies, and training plans
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
• Experience with structured change management methodologies
• Ability to define and measure success metrics

Change Management Consultant - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in the health services industry
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills
