Change Management Consultant:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Consultant for a 14 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Change Management Consultant - Job Description:
As a Change Management Consultant within the Credit Processing Services (CPS) team, you will support operational coverage while experienced team members focus on a specialized project. Your role will involve ongoing credit administration, lending operations support, and other change management activities to drive transformation and business effectiveness initiatives.

Change Management Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute comprehensive change management plans for transformation projects.
• Support project planning, design, and execution activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Design and deliver communications and training materials.
• Analyze the impact of changes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and implement adjustments.

Change Management Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Banking experience 2+ years.
• Lending experience 2+ years.
• Proven experience in process improvements and operational standardization initiatives - 2+ years.
• Business education background.

Change Management Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• MS Visio.

Change Management Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 14 month contract position with potential for extension.

Change Management Consultant - Start Date:
ASAP.

Change Management Consultant - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 1 day in the office per week.
