On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Program Lead - AI Transformation for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day per week onsite every other week.

Change Management Program Lead - AI Transformation - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Change Management Program Lead to accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and digital solutions across the enterprise. This role involves designing and executing change strategies to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working and embedding AI into daily workflows, ultimately realizing measurable business value. 

Change Management Program Lead - AI Transformation - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for AI and digital initiatives
• Lead stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness activities
• Partner with leaders to align on change impacts and mitigation plans
• Monitor readiness, adoption trends, and recommend interventions
• Establish success measures and reporting for adoption and engagement
• Support leadership teams with communications and engagement strategies
• Develop executive updates and materials to communicate progress and outcomes
• Capture and share success stories and best practices

Change Management Program Lead - AI Transformation - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in change management or related fields
• Experience leading change for AI, digital, or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies
• Systems-thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of modern IT delivery processes and AI technologies
• Strong data analysis and insight-generation capabilities

Change Management Program Lead - AI Transformation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
• Experience supporting AI or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
• Experience developing executive communications
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Change Management Program Lead - AI Transformation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto - Hybrid work arrangement requiring 1 day in office every other week.
