Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM):
On behalf of our  client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) - Job Description:
The Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) will focus on the people side of change within the Supply Chain Management and Plant Maintenance streams, working to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role involves implementing a tailored change management approach to meet organizational objectives and support business readiness.

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute change management plans for SCM and PM streams
• Conduct impact and stakeholder analyses to assess organizational change readiness
• Define success metrics and monitor progress of change initiatives
• Consult and coach project teams on agile and innovative change management methods
• Support design, development, and management of communications and training initiatives
• Build relationships with city branches to understand business processes and change impacts
• Create and maintain readiness dashboards and project documentation

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Proven experience in applying change management solutions
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct impact and stakeholder analyses
• Experience with developing and executing change management plans
• Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in public sector organizations
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management and Plant Maintenance processes
• Knowledge of agile project management methods
• Experience with readiness dashboards and project documentation
• Growth and learning mindset

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract postion with possible extensions

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
