Change Management Strategist:
On behalf of our banking client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Strategist for a one-year role. This position is a remote position with occasional onsite team meetings at our client’s Calgary office.

Change Management Strategist - Job Description:
As our client's Change Management Strategist on our Planning, Assurance, Insights & Delivery team, you will drive the success of our change-impacted projects across the Enterprise by keeping the client at the center of your strategy. You will architect and execute rigorous, data-driven change strategies to successfully shift client and team member behaviors, mindsets, and capabilities.

Change Management Strategist - Responsibilities:
• Architect and execute comprehensive change strategies encompassing both client engagement and internal team member readiness.
• Evaluate change complexity, identify impacted stakeholders, mitigate risks, and advise on readiness metrics to ensure successful go-lives.
• Partner with a diverse array of enterprise experts and leadership to navigate personnel dynamics, identify client needs, and formulate tailored recommendations.
• Clearly articulate overarching business goals and the case for change.
• Equip stakeholders with the strategies and tools necessary to execute their sponsorship plans effectively.
• Resolve complex challenges using data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop robust transition-to-business-ownership plans with key stakeholders, supporting the sustainment of changes to help realize business results.
