Chief Financial Officer:
On behalf of our Manufacturing client, Procom is searching for a Chief Financial Officer for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s North East, Pennsylvania office.

Chief Financial Officer - Job Description:
The Chief Financial Officer will act as a strategic partner to the Division President, overseeing all financial operations to drive profitability and operational excellence. The role involves translating complex manufacturing data into actionable business strategies and maintaining robust internal controls across all production facilities.

Chief Financial Officer - Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term financial plans that align with divisional growth and corporate objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, cost structures, and profit margins.
• Report on and analyze plant-level performance, including yield, scrap rates, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and manage inventory turnover to optimize working capital.
• Evaluate and manage investments in new machinery, automation, and facility expansions.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide accurate "rolling" forecasts to guide operational spending.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with GAAP/IFRS and manage risks related to supply chain and labor.
• Maintain and optimize the ERP system to ensure data integrity.

Chief Financial Officer - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, cost accounting, and large-scale ERP implementation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data to both the board and plant managers.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork-oriented.
• Accessible leadership style.

Chief Financial Officer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with capital expenditure planning.
• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Knowledge of cost management and inventory control.
• Experience in risk management related to supply chain and labor.
• Understanding of operational performance analysis.
