Client Advocacy Operations Specialist:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Client Advocacy Operations Specialist for a contract role. 

Client Advocacy Operations Specialist - Job Description:
The Client Advocacy Operations Specialist will support the Client Advocacy team by executing high-volume operational work across sales references, AI-assisted advocacy processes, and providing light consulting support for Product Management teams. The role focuses on accelerating sales cycles and supporting the organization of Product Advisory Boards.

Client Advocacy Operations Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming global sales reference requests across regions and business units
• Review requests for completeness, urgency, and alignment with reference criteria
• Match requests to approved client advocates based on industry, region, solution, and use case
• Coordinate and schedule reference calls or meetings between sales teams and client advocates
• Track advocate usage to avoid overuse and reference fatigue
• Log and maintain all activity in Salesforce or the designated advocacy platform
• Use AI tools for triaging and summarizing reference requests, and drafting communications
• Provide light consulting and operational support to Engineering and Product Management teams organizing Product Advisory Boards

Client Advocacy Operations Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 2–4 years of experience in an operational, coordination, or program support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette
• Comfort working across time zones and global teams
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of daily work
• Ability to follow defined processes and escalate when needed
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM

Client Advocacy Operations Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with client reference or advocacy platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools
• Basic reporting and spreadsheet skills

Client Advocacy Operations Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Role is fully remote but consultant must be based in GTA or KW
