Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Resource Coordinator - Senior.
This is an onsite contract role in Burnaby, BC.

Role Overview:
The Resource Coordinator - Senior supports BMO’s North American Treasury & Payment Solutions business by managing end-to-end client onboarding for cash management and payment solutions. This role involves coordinating implementations, configuring solutions, and ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. The position contributes to a seamless client experience and supports BMO’s commitment to innovation and exceptional service within Commercial Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the full client onboarding lifecycle for cash management products, including digital portals, domestic and international payments, and complex integrations.
• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding, providing updates, answering questions, and translating technical information into clear terms.
• Configure banking and cash management solutions to meet client needs and BMO standards, conducting thorough testing to ensure seamless go-live.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Provide or coordinate client training and offer post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Collaborate with dedicated service advisors to maintain full service continuity for clients.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in banking, fintech, or client implementation roles, preferably with cash management or financial product onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of client onboarding processes and project coordination.
• Ability to configure and test banking and payment solutions.
• Proficiency in managing client communications and translating technical details.
• Attention to detail and compliance adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Bilingual French/English

Nice to Have Skills:

• Relevant certifications such as Project Management or process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with innovative tools including AI agents for process improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with commercial banking and treasury solutions is an asset.
