• Duration: 12-month contract
• Location: 100% onsite, 1160 N. Plaza Drive, Schaumburg, IL 60173
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview
This is a client/customer service role supporting our banking client’s clients and their accounts.
Requirements

• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
• Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
• Basic understanding of the brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts

Preferred

• Securities licensing (preferred, not required)
