On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Cloud IAM Delivery Lead, Entra ID + MFA Rollout for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Cloud IAM Delivery Lead, Entra ID + MFA Rollout - Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud IAM Delivery Lead to support a high-visibility enterprise program focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation, specifically the rollout of Microsoft Entra ID and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across a large-scale organization. This role involves leading the delivery of IAM programs, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution in a complex, global environment.

Cloud IAM Delivery Lead, Entra ID + MFA Rollout - Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, preparing and presenting program status.
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Work cross-functionally and serve as a technical leader for IAM services.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Define project scope and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and manage project issues and risks.

Cloud IAM Delivery Lead, Entra ID + MFA Rollout - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of delivery experience driving large-scale programs (IAM, Security, or Cloud).
• Proven ability to drive projects forward proactively and challenge stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Providers, SSO, and MFA.
• Understanding of authentication protocols like SAML and OAuth/OpenID Connect.
• Good understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred) and secure application deployment concepts.
• Ability to understand and guide secure infrastructure patterns and identity integration.

Cloud IAM Delivery Lead, Entra ID + MFA Rollout – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with enterprise IAM implementations or migrations.
• Experience with large-scale MFA rollouts.
• Exposure to tools/platforms such as ForgeRock.
• Experience in global or enterprise-scale organizations.
• Experience in multi-entity environments (subsidiaries, international operations).

Cloud IAM Delivery Lead, Entra ID + MFA Rollout – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from ASAP to October 31st, with the possibility of extension for a total of 12 months or beyond and the possibility of conversion to FTE.
