Communications Lead:
On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a Communications Lead for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Markham office.

Communications Lead - Job Description:
This is a temporary contractor position. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transformational Communications Lead to lead and drive strategic communications for the OneCore program, a multi-year SAP S/4HANA-enabled enterprise business transformation. This role will be pivotal in shaping, delivering, and sustaining communications that build awareness, understanding and engagement, enabling adoption of new systems and ways of working across the organization.

Communications Lead - Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of a cohesive transformation narrative
• Manage and coordinate OneCore program communications
• Ensure employees and leaders are informed, aligned and equipped to navigate change
• Manage timelines and deliverables
• Develop engagement tactics targeting leaders and employees
• Partner closely with Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and operational teams

Communications Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 15-20 years of progressive experience in communications with 7-10 years in a lead role
• Proven expertise in enterprise communications strategy and audience engagement
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Direct communications leadership experience on a SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation
• Strong project management and organizational abilities

Communications Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in leading strategic communications for large-scale enterprise transformations
• Ability to drive engagement across diverse employee groups
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Communications Lead – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position.

Communications Lead - Assignment Location:
Markham, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence at least three days per week.
