On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Communications Lead – Workday ERP Cutover for a temporary role. This position is a part-time, remote position for a client based in Chicago, IL

Communications Lead – Workday ERP Cutover - Job Description:
The Communications Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for the Workday ERP cutover, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and understand the technical, process, and policy changes. This role involves coordinating and delivering key communications tasks under the guidance of the change management team to ensure effective message dissemination throughout the cutover phase.

Communications Lead – Workday ERP Cutover - Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, source, and curate key messages for the cutover communication plan.
• Develop and execute a communications plan aligned with project milestones and change management activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related communications.
• Collaborate with project areas and teams to create a detailed communications schedule.
• Create and deliver high-quality communications tailored to diverse audiences.
• Lead communications for pre-cutover, cutover, and post-cutover activities.
• Provide real-time updates, status reports, and escalate communications as needed.

Communications Lead – Workday ERP Cutover - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in healthcare or large-scale technology implementations.
• Proven experience leading communications for major change initiatives, ideally ERP or Workday implementations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.

Communications Lead – Workday ERP Cutover – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in communications, preferably in healthcare or large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience as Workday cutover communication lead or other cloud-based ERP systems.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.

Communications Lead – Workday ERP Cutover – Assignment Length:
This is a temporary position - 20 hours a week.
