Communications Specialist - Junior:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Communications Specialist - Junior for a 13-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Communications Specialist - Junior - Job Description:
The Bank's InvestorLine team is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the planning, development, execution, and measurement of internal communications. This role ensures employees receive clear, timely, and engaging information that aligns with business priorities and organizational goals.

Communications Specialist - Junior - Responsibilities:
• Draft internal business communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with the brand.
• Translate complex business initiatives into clear communications for internal audiences.
• Manage email formatting and distribution to optimize impact.
• Track and analyze communication performance against KPIs.
• Maintain communication calendars and coordinate deliverables.
• Manage InvestorLine's internal communication channels, including the intranet.
• Support planning and execution of internal events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Communications Specialist - Junior - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate communications or a related discipline.
• Experience with SharePoint and digital communications platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing digital communication channels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Communications Specialist - Junior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with communication analytics and reporting.
• Graphic design and presentation design experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Banking or financial industry experience.

Communications Specialist - Junior – Assignment Length:
This is a 13-month contract position.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid position with 2-3 days in the office.
