Compliance Analyst - Regulatory:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Compliance Analyst - Regulatory for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Compliance Analyst - Regulatory - Job Description:
The project involves reviewing the Regulatory Library every three years to ensure all regulatory requirements and controls are accurately mapped. A tactical approach is required to show continuous progress while the Bank develops a strategic approach. The focus is on regulatory requirements in Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Compliance Analyst - Regulatory - Responsibilities:
• Review existing regulatory requirements in the Regulatory Library and validate accuracy against official sources.
• Challenge mandatory fields such as regulation prioritization and appropriateness of business units tagged to requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to discuss and resolve identified gaps or raise issues for resolution.
• Track review progress and provide periodic reports to management.
• Utilize self-serve AI tools to assist with the review process.

Compliance Analyst - Regulatory - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst with a focus on regulatory changes and developments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and controls.
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, preferably within the Capital Market industry.
• Proven experience with regulatory requirements for Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, and United States.
• Experience in effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Work experience in IBM OpenPages and Power BI dashboards.

Compliance Analyst - Regulatory – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for China, Japan, and Singapore.
• Previous experience with Top 5 banks in the regulatory compliance space.
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel.

Compliance Analyst - Regulatory – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
