Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) - Job Description:
The project focuses on the Vulnerability and Patch Management (VPM) Program, which involves monitoring and remediating identified vulnerabilities. The role entails day-to-day compliance, operations, and support of the mobile infrastructure within the Service Mobility department.

Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) - Responsibilities:
• Monitor Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) services for maximum availability and compliance
• Review and action the Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) dashboard and email notices from the Vulnerability Management Group (VMG)
• Initiate vulnerability risk findings as required
• Upload and review monthly MDM “Out of Compliance” (OOC) data with Global Risk
• Monitor the myMobility Compliance Dashboard for enrollment and policy errors
• Maintain procedure documentation and update knowledge articles
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and research best practices
• Participate in team performance goals and promote teamwork

Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience deploying and managing devices via a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution
• Proficiency in the device enrollment process for Android, iOS, and MacOS
• Experience optimizing configurations and maintaining compliance standards across devices
• Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning
• Attention to detail and willingness to make a difference
• Ability to take personal initiative

Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Understanding of Windows server operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Awareness of wireless networks and network security

Compliance and Risk Management Analyst – Mobile Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
