  • Coordinate brownfield tie-ins, electrical outages, isolations, energization and control-system cutovers within active operating facilities
  • Support testing, inspection, instrument calibration, loop checks, turnover, commissioning, start-up and handover to Operations and Maintenance
  • Monitor contractor readiness and performance, and escalate risks, delays and technical issues
  • Identify E&I work requiring outages or Turnaround windows, and maximize work completed ahead of shutdown
  • Proactively advance future high-risk, long-lead and TA-critical E&I scopes

E&I Construction Coordinator - Mandatory Skills

  • 15+ years of construction experience in oil and gas, oil sands, mining, petrochemical, refinery or heavy industrial facilities
  • 10+ years of E&I construction or construction coordination experience within active brownfield operating facilities
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and controls construction practices
  • Experience supporting major Turnaround (TA) planning and execution
  • Experience with brownfield E&I tie-ins, electrical outages, isolations, energization, control-system cutovers, testing and commissioning
  • Experience with AWP, Integrated Readiness, CWP/IWP development, Path of Construction and constraint management
