Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure:
On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for a Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure for a 4-week role. This position is a remote position with no onsite requirement at our client’s office.

Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure - Job Description:
This role involves providing expert support for Microsoft 365 and related infrastructure technologies. The consultant will assist with troubleshooting and general support tasks, focusing on both cloud-based and on-premises Microsoft environments.

Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure - Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
• Assist with Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Mobility + Security
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory
• Support on-premises Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business
• Perform general troubleshooting and support for Active Directory
• Handle certificate refresh tasks
• Support additional Microsoft 365 or on-premises technologies as required

Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure - Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Enterprise Mobility + Security
• Experience with on-premises Exchange and Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with on-premises SharePoint and Skype for Business
• Familiarity with certificate management
• Knowledge of additional Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience in remote support environments
• Accessibility awareness

Consultant(e) en support Microsoft 365 et infrastructure – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-week contract position.

ASAP.
