Consultant (Specialist):
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Consultant (Specialist) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office.

Consultant (Specialist) - Job Description:
The SAP Fieldglass Lead will spearhead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass for managing the contingent workforce lifecycle. This project involves the integration of Fieldglass with platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and SAP Ariba to enhance business operations.

Consultant (Specialist) - Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end functional design of SAP Fieldglass for the SAP Plus program
• Drive simplification by reducing custom fields and integrations in Fieldglass
• Facilitate solution scoping and design workshops with stakeholders
• Redesign Fieldglass integrations addressing known pain points
• Ensure Fieldglass setup aligns with Contractor Management Policy
• Validate integration requirements with upstream and downstream systems
• Support data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation of Fieldglass master data
• Lead or support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and resolution
• Partner with CW Program Office and CM&I PMO for operational readiness
• Provide governance oversight for rate cards and exception management

Consultant (Specialist) - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field
• 7+ years of experience with SAP and Fieldglass
• Experience in a major Fieldglass implementation or transformation project
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes
• Experience with Fieldglass integration design and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, Profile Worker Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Consultant (Specialist) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or SAP GRC
• Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and contractor compliance requirements
• Experience with SAP Concur and/or services procurement processes
