On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment - Job Description:
As a Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and play a critical role in shaping the way our teams are formed across Canada. This role is essential for managing the high-volume recruitment needs driven by a transition to an approved headcount model, ensuring the delivery of exceptional candidate experiences.

Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment - Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment across retail service, sales, and branch management roles
• Source qualified candidates across key markets using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Conduct pre-screening assessments and advance suitable candidates to business line interviews
• Partner with recruiters to align on candidate needs and collaborate with hiring managers on shortlists
• Manage and track candidate pipelines with strong organization and attention to detail
• Coordinate interview logistics and support overall interview process execution
• Assist in offer management in collaboration with assigned recruiters
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with proven experience managing high-volume hiring
• Rural and hard-to-fill talent sourcing experience
• Experience using an ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Proficiency with MS suite: Excel, MS Teams, Outlook
• Independent portfolio management experience

Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with recruiting for client-facing retail banking roles
• Experience with in-person recruitment engagements
• Bilingual in French

Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until April 30th, 2027, with potential for extension and/or conversion to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
