On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Content Strategist, Writer, Editor - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a remote position with candidates needing to be located near office Hub locations in Westlake, TX, Austin, TX, or Omaha, NE, in case onsite meetings are needed.

Content Strategist, Writer, Editor - Senior - Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Strategist on the Insights & Education team to play an integral role in the development and implementation of our content strategy for advisors. You will contribute to the vision for advisor education and lead various cross-functional teams to execute on our content strategy. You will also foster relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, SMEs, and creative agencies to identify content needs, drive alignment on priorities, and lead content creation, optimization, and publishing.

Content Strategist, Writer, Editor - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Serve as a content strategist for asset management educational content aimed at advisors, owning and managing content development from start to finish.
• Collaborate with business partners and subject-matter experts to identify content topics and needs, and to edit and optimize existing content.
• Manage content calendar and take accountability for project timelines; provide guidance and direction to internal partners and outside agencies on new content initiatives.
• Partner with advisor and digital marketing teams to develop and implement publishing and distribution strategies for content on Schwab advisor-focused web properties.
• Monitor and report on content performance, making recommendations for optimization and future content to build on success.

Content Strategist, Writer, Editor - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years' experience writing and editing advisor investment-oriented educational content.
• Demonstrated experience driving and executing on content strategy.
• Proven ability to develop content in various formats, including long and short-form written, video, and audio content.
• Solid understanding of investment products and solutions including alternative investments, model portfolios, and direct indexing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SEO/AEO, social media, and digital marketing.

Content Strategist, Writer, Editor - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience creating/directing written, video, and audio content for advisors.
• Experience with advisor education content.
• Asset management and investment product knowledge.
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing/distribution strategies.
• Experience monitoring content performance and making optimization recommendations.

Content Strategist, Writer, Editor - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
