What you’ll do:

• Build AI-Native Products: Design and deliver full-stack, production systems where generative AI, analytics, and automation are embedded into daily business workflows.
• Own End-to-End Solutions: Take ideas from problem definition through design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Translate Business into Systems: Work directly with domain experts and leaders to turn operational challenges into scalable software.
• Develop Agentic Systems: Combine AI agents with traditional components (APIs, pipelines, databases, AI models) to create reliable, auditable systems.
• Build AI-Ready Infrastructure: Design semantic and context layers, knowledge stores, tool APIs, and data representations that make AI systems robust and trustworthy.
• Deploy & Adapt Models: Integrate foundation models, optimize instructions, automate contexts, and evolve solutions as models improve.
• Lead Through Practice: Mentor peers and partners, shape development standards, and raise the organization’s AI maturity through hands-on leadership.
