Job Description

The role is responsible for collecting, tracking, and distributing workforce (manpower) information, while acting as a central administrative point of contact for contractors and project teams. They will support camp logistics such as reservations and travel, and ensure all documentation, reporting and systems (e.g. Sharepoint) are accurate and accessible.

This role is a highly organized, detail-oriented coordination role that supports CCMT operations, improves processes, and ensures effective communication across multiple sites and stakeholders.

This is an onsite role at a CVE Camp location.

Flights are an option and can be discussed with CCMT Supervisor.

Travel hubs supported for this site are Calgary, Edmonton, Lac La Biche and LaCorey

Schedule is 8 days on 6 days off, 12 hours per day. OT eligible after 8 hours a day.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare site communications such as emails and documents to send out to CCMT personnel.
  • Coordinates communication across teams and sites.
  • Supports meetings, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Managing administrative systems and user access.
  • Driving consistency and continuous improvements in workflows.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous onsite Admin experience would be an asset.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
