Contract Conformance Specialist III:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Contract Conformance Specialist III for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Waltham office.

Contract Conformance Specialist III - Job Description:
The Contract Conformance Specialist III is responsible for managing the day-to-day conformance of executed contractual arrangements for assigned capital and maintenance projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and facilitating communication and resolution of contractual matters between the company and contractors.

Contract Conformance Specialist III - Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with Project Execution contracting strategy.
• Facilitate preparation of contract exhibits, including scope, specifications, pricing, and special instructions.
• Assist in writing technical contract language for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with contract management to incorporate project-specific requirements in final contract documents.
• Support project management in contract negotiations during bidding and formation phases.
• Coordinate project-specific communication plans.
• Review contractor documents for compliance and notify of non-compliance.
• Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs.
• Manage change order process and prepare approved change orders.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take notes for contract-related meetings.
• Establish and implement project contract document control and retention systems.
• Review contractor invoices for compliance and monitor through payment.
• Coordinate contract close-out and submit files for retention.
• Assist during compliance audits.
• Provide weekly status updates on the CCS Flash Report.

• Experience with contract conformance of construction-related projects.

Contract Conformance Specialist III – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
