Contract Conformance Specialist IV:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Contract Conformance Specialist IV for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite in Houston, and 35% travel. 

Contract Conformance Specialist IV - Job Description:
The Contract Conformance Specialist IV is responsible for managing the day-to-day conformance responsibilities for all executed contractual arrangements of assigned capital and maintenance projects. The role involves ensuring contractual obligations are met and facilitating the timely identification, communication, and resolution of contractual matters.

Contract Conformance Specialist IV - Responsibilities:
• Manage the flow of documentation and communication related to contractual relationships
• Facilitate preparation of contract exhibits, including scope, specifications, pricing, and special instructions
• Support project management in contractor contract negotiations
• Review documents submitted by contractors for compliance with contracts
• Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs
• Manage change order process and prepare approved change orders
• Coordinate contract close-out with project team

Contract Conformance Specialist IV - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in legal, engineering, construction, and/or contract administration
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Excellent organizational and technical writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with reasonable supervision
• Familiarity with best management practices for contracting

Contract Conformance Specialist IV – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the gas pipeline industry
• Ability to develop collaborative working relationships
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with compliance audits

Contract Conformance Specialist IV – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with strong potential for extension
