On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite (5 days in office) position at our client’s Calgary Downtown office. 

Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager - Job Description:
Our client is accelerating its digital transformation journey through the adoption of modern technologies, data-driven decision making, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager to support the continued growth and adoption of digital capabilities across the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, driving awareness, engagement, and implementation of digital and AI-enabled initiatives.

Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Champion the adoption of digital technologies and AI capabilities across the client org. 
• Support the development and execution of digital enablement strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology improvement.
• Drive engagement activities, workshops, and communication programs.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable work packages for technology teams.

Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong planning and execution capabilities.
• Ability to engage, influence, and drive adoption across all organizational levels.

Contract Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital enablement programs.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or emerging digital technologies.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
