Job Description

Responsibilities

•    Enter, maintain, and report employee data in HR/payroll systems, including Workday and ADP, to keep records accurate and current.
•    Review, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
•    Define, document, and standardize employee life cycle processes, including hiring, retirements, resignations, reorganizations, and transfers.
•    Triage, prioritize, and resolve ServiceNow tickets across a broad range of HR and HR-related processes.
•    Execute position management, selection, and compensation strategies within the current HRIS to improve processes.
•    Develop, update, and align HR policies with current legislation and company practices.
•    Support HR functions at site and regional locations as needed.

Qualifications

Please include all details related to the following qualifications required to successfully complete this role, including, but not limited to:
•    Post-Secondary Degree combined with 3+ years of direct HR experience  
•    Superior organization skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
•    Experience with HCM and Payroll systems – preferably Workday and ADP 
•    Exceptional customer service skills
•    Strong analytical skills with ability to contribute to decisions and recommendations
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills Ability to move quickly in fast paced environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMS)

HR Experience.: 3 - 5 years (Required)
