On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Contract IT Project Controls Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Contract IT Project Controls Analyst - Job Description:
Seeking an experienced IT Project Controls Analyst to join their IT Strategy & Performance team. This role involves supporting financial management, governance, forecasting, and resource administration for a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic Data & IT projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

Contract IT Project Controls Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the IT portfolio
• Execute monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes
• Maintain and update Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting for project decision-making
• Support project governance activities and maintain compliance with standards
• Assist with change management activities and monitor project schedules
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for project resources
• Manage contractor setup and time-entry administration
• Support project-related purchasing activities and vendor engagement processes
• Maintain project cost plans and records within enterprise systems

Contract IT Project Controls Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, or related discipline
• 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and project financial reporting
• Experience with project governance processes
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Contract IT Project Controls Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Salesforce VRM
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint

Contract IT Project Controls Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
