Contract Procurement Analyst:
Procom is searching for a Contract Procurement Analyst for a contingent worker for a 12 month contract. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Contract Procurement Analyst - Job Description:
The Contract Procurement Analyst will support procurement requirements within Maintenance, Operations, and other auxiliary Site Service business areas of Christina Lake North. This role involves sourcing and expediting external goods and services while collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

Contract Procurement Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Source and expedite external goods to meet operational requirements.
• Provide guidance on purchasing policies and practices.
• Recommend appropriate procurement methods based on business needs.
• Execute the competitive procurement process including RFx development and evaluation.
• Collaborate with SCM Service Center to resolve pricing discrepancies and settlement issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely goods receipt.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support Category Management Teams to advance sourcing initiatives.
• Contribute to reducing procurement costs and improving efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Management policies and regulatory requirements.

Contract Procurement Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management.
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle and SCM processes.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Experience in SAP and ARIBA.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Contract Procurement Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Oil & Gas, Mining, or Utilities industry experience.
• Post-secondary business or supply chain degree.
• Professional Supply Chain certification (SCMP/CSCP/CPM/CPSM).

Contract Procurement Analyst – Assignment Length:
The contract is approx. 12 months
