On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Contract Production Supply & Logistics Analyst for a part-time role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Calgary office.
Contract Production Supply & Logistics Analyst - Job Description:
The Contract Production Supply & Logistics Analyst role involves customer service operations with a focus on volumetric supply and forecasting of crude oil and diluent. The analyst will be a primary contact for shippers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient transport within the system and accurate reporting.
Contract Production Supply & Logistics Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Model and track physical fluid movements and manage contractual transactions
• Manage and report on shipper positions for Midstream pipelines and terminals
• Generate and manage month-end volumetric accounting reports
• Conduct quarterly volumetric reforecasting and budgeting
• Resolve nomination issues through customer communication
• Serve as liaison between shippers and pipeline operators
• Develop analytics and contingency plans for operational issues
• Maintain integrity of applications and workbooks
• Manage system capacity for restriction and curtailment activities
• Participate in special projects and provide weekend/after-hours availability if needed

• Crude oil logistics and forecasting experience

• Knowledge of Industry reporting and procedures (Petroleum Registry, COLC, Petrinex)
